Day by Day Itinerary.
Day 1. WELCOME TO COSTA RICA. Arrival to the International Airport Juan Santamaria. Meet and Great by our tour guide. Transfer to the Hotel Aurola Holidad Inn and free time at leisure for explore the rich gay night life of San Jose. Recommended places to visit: La Avispa Discoteque, Bochinche, Club Oh and Puchos Night Club.
Day 2. ARENAL VOLCANO. (B, L, D) Breakfast at your hotel, Hotel check out and Pickup for the tour. Located in the north of Costa Rica, the impressive Arenal Volcano is a natural phenomenon that attracts thousands and thousands of tourists due to its permanent, extraordinary and trusted volcanic activity, which on clear nights it seems like fireworks with intermittent explosions of ash and lava. We will continue on our trip until we get to this wonder from nature then we must go to the north of the country, and inevitably we must make a stop in the famous town of Sarchi, with international fame, it has earned the name of the Birthplace of Costa Rica’s Artisans.
As we continue our trip we will go throw diverse plantations with agricultural products, ornamental plants and cattle ranches until we arrive to La Fortuna, for lunch in a cozy restaurant right in front of the volcano. This excellent location will allow us the best view to see any volcanic activity. Later we will relax in one of the best thermal water places in the area where you will be able to enjoy an optional massage or other special treatment that must be reserved ahead of time.
Last, a wonderful dinner will be served with a great view of the volcano so you will not miss any opportunities to look out for the incandescent light explosions. After dinner short transfer to your hotel and Check in at Hotel Arenal Paraiso. Overnight in Arenal.
Day 3. A FREESTYLE DAY IN ARENAL (B). Customize your vacation with an optional tour. Please let us know if you want to add any of these optional activities in order to make a reservation in advance. Otherwise free time at leisure. Check here the options available.

Day 4. MANUEL ANTONIO. (B) During the morning, land transfer to Manuel Antonio Beach. Manuel Antonio is the most important gay destination in Costa Rica, with gay hotels, bars, restaurants and lovely pristine beaches. Check In at Hotel Villa Roca or Casa Blanca. Free time at leisure.

Day 6. MANUEL ANTONIO TOUR. (B) Free time at leisure.
Day 7 – MANUEL ANTONIO & SAN JOSE (B). Morning free time for enjoy the hotel facilities or a last visit to the beach. Afternoon, land transfer to San Jose. Upon arrival, Check In at Hotel Aurola holiday Inn. Evening, free time at leisure. Last chance to explore San Jose Night Gay Life. Lunch and dinner on your own.
Day 8 – TRANSFER OUT (B). Transfer to the International Airport according with your scheduled flight and good bye.
INCLUDES: 7 nights lodging, all land transfers between destinations, airport – hotel - airport transfers on scheduled arrival/ departures dates only, specified meals and specified tours.
NOT INCLUDED: International air fare, airport departure taxes, meals not specified in the itinerary, alcoholic beverages, personal equipment, extras in hotels (laundry, phone calls and room service), gratuities, or costs associated with changes in your itinerary for reasons beyond our control.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE: The shuttle bus is a service where a maximum of 6-7 passengers travel in the same vehicle and to the same destination. By this way, we reduce the price of the transfer service and can arrange more economical packages. The service is very good, door to door, with recent model vehicles, full insured and A/C.
DEPARTURE DATES: All our options are available all year around and we just need your travel dates in order to check the hotel's availability and arrange it.
HOW BIG THE GROUPS ARE: Our vacations are operated in an independent basis and you will not travel as part of a group unless you are part of a group. However, during the transfers and Daily Tours you will travel with other tourist we might have for that particular activity or service.
HOW TO RESERVE THIS PACKAGE: Please send an email to info@greenwaytours.com with as much as information you can about your desired vacation, number of participants, arrival dates, name of the package you are interested on and any other special requirements. Once you receive our confirmation form, a 20% deposit is due. Full payment due 60 days prior to departure.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE A PACKAGE: Yes, you can use our packages as a base and make any change on it. We are very flexible. If these packages do not fit on your desired vacation, just send an email to us and we can prepare a new option for you.
AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED: All our options includes the Land Portion only. Airfare must be on your own and indicate your arrival and departure dates to us in order to arrange the hotel's bookings.
HOTEL CATEGORIES: All the hotels used by Greenway Tours had been selected considering the best standards of quality and service. Our Hotels are between 3 and 5 stars. All inspected by our company's owners and managers in order to guarantee an excellent service. At least 50% of our lodging contractors had been certified as Green Companies by the Costa Rican Tourist Board (Certification in Sustainable Tourism CST).
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: All our packages include Airport - Hotel - Airport Transfers with a professional bilingual tour guide upon your flight arrival.
VOUCHERS & WECOME KIT: During the transfer service to your hotel, our tour guide will provide general information about your tour and give you a welcome kit with all the vouchers and documents you will need for your trip.
